Our role is simple. We help families learn about options and, if they want, connect with communities that may be a fit. Your family always chooses what to explore, and whether to move forward at all.

What information we may collect
We try to keep this limited and practical. If you contact us or fill out a form, we may ask for basic contact details such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, general location, and a few simple preferences about the kind of community your parent may enjoy.
We may also ask broad lifestyle questions that help with matching, such as whether your parent is looking for independent living, assisted living, or a continuing-care community, and what city or area you want to consider. This helps us point you toward relevant options without asking for sensitive personal records.
If you reach out by phone, text, email, or web form, we may keep a record of that communication so we can respond, follow up on your request, and improve the service experience.

What we do not collect
We do not ask for or collect medical records, diagnoses, treatment history, or other detailed health files. We also do not ask for immigration documents, passport details, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank account information, or credit card numbers through our matching forms.
Please do not send sensitive records through our forms or general contact channels. If a community later needs more information as part of its own process, that would be between your family and that community, not Willowbarrow.
Our goal is to keep the first step simple, respectful, and limited to what is needed to help your family explore options.

How we use your information
We use the information you share to respond to your questions, provide guidance, and, if you ask us to, connect you with communities in our network that match your family's preferences. We may also use it to send helpful follow-up messages about your request.
In some states, placement-referral and senior-living referral services are regulated. Where those rules apply, we follow required disclosures and business practices. We also work to explain our role clearly, so families understand that Willowbarrow is a matching service, not the community itself.
We may use service providers for everyday business needs such as website hosting, form delivery, scheduling, or communications tools. They only receive the limited information needed to support those functions.

Calls, texts, and your consent
When you submit a form, you are giving Willowbarrow permission to contact you using the information you provide, including by call, text, or email, about your request for help. This is meant to make it easier for busy families to continue the conversation in the way that works best for them.
